Annual General Meeting
Dear ForumCC member,
It is my pleasure to invite you to the ForumCC Annual General Meeting Wednesday, 11 August 2010, the AGM will be held at Giraffe Ocean View Hotel along Monduli Road Africana Beach Plot Number. 169 off Bagamoyo Road, Dar es Salaam commencing at 9.00am. Member registration will start at 8.30am.
Members can submit questions that they would like raised at the AGM using the form at the back of this notice of meeting or via the internet at www.forumcc.org/agm. As you would appreciate, we will respond to the more frequently asked questions at the AGM as there are so many members; we will not be able to respond individually to all questions.
Our interim coordinating team, Euster Kibona (EPMS), Vera Mugittu (MUVEK), Marc Wegerif (Oxfam) and Emmanuel Massawe (LEAT) will be retiring by rotation and are standing for re-election. Jessica Campese (IUCN) and Caroline Chumo (TNRF) have retired and are not standing for re-election as they have other more pressing commitments. ForumCC thanks Jessica and Caroline for their invaluable contribution over the period they were in the coordinating team.
I enclose your notice of meeting together with a personalized voting form for members. The attached personalized voting form allows members who are not attending the meeting to either lodge their vote directly, or appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Please refer to the back of your voting form for more information on how to vote.

Alternatively, you can complete and return the hard copy form in the envelope provided, scan and email it to vote@forumcc.orgor fax it to the fax number on the form.
